Heritage Teas Premium Services (Pvt) Ltd was established as an effective food management system which is based on a continuous improvement processes. Whenever the necessity arises there is a system of persistent updating according to the changes made in international standard revisions, management decisions and process changes. These are reviewed periodically.

The organization has put in place a food safety and management system specifying the product (tea), processes needed for selecting, blending, packing and exporting tea. The tea production sites are also addressed by the food safety and management system.

The company has identified and evaluated the system based on the classifications controlled by food and safety hazards that are sensibly expected to occur in relation to products within the range of the system. The system was initiated to produce safe and quality products with anaim of safeguarding the needs of our customers without damaging the relationships with the consumers directly or indirectly.

The food andsafety related information is communicated throughout the HACCP team, workers, supervisory staff and Managers. The information concerning development and implementation of the food and safety management system is communicated in order to ensure the ISO 22000:2005 international standard are met.
